2 shanks & accompaniments for 2 people! 

INSTRUCTIONS 
SHANKS - Heat for 35 - 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 160C, covered 
MASH - Remove lid and microwave for 2 ish minutes/ stir well. (heat longer if needed)
BEANS - Blanch in boiling water for 1 minute.
