ADELE JENNER — FOUNDER
Founded in 2011, after years of working as a chef overseas, Adele returned home with one goal: to create a neighbourhood café serving delicious, vibrant food. The new Catroux builds on that vision, with a fresh interior and a renewed energy for the brunch scene. Today, you’ll find Adele running the catering office or out front in the café, keeping things humming.
MELISSA MCSKIMMING
In 2018, long-time chef Melissa joined Adele as co-owner, strengthening the partnership that has helped Catroux flourish. Known affectionately as our 'salad queen,' Melissa leads the catering kitchen with skill and dedication, ensuring every dish reflects the quality and care Catroux is known for
