ADELE JENNER — OWNER
Founded by Adele, who after years of working as a chef overseas, returned home with one goal in mind: to create a neighbourhood café that felt like an extension of her own kitchen. In 2011, Catroux opened its doors, transforming a dark bar into a bright, welcoming space that soon became a local favourite. Not long after, Catroux expanded into catering, starting with Les Mills International, who remain loyal clients to this day.

MELISSA MCSKIMMING — OWNER
In 2018, long-time chef Melissa joined Adele as co-owner, cementing a partnership that has helped Catroux thrive. Together, they continue to serve Westmere with warmth, passion, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
