Deadlines for Catering Orders

Strictly 2pm / two days prior.
ie Monday 2pm for all Wednesday orders / Monday & Tuesday orders must be placed by 2pm Friday.  No changes or cancellations less than 48 hours. Please see our full terms here.

Missed our deadline? 

If we have the capacity to fulfill your order a late penalty fee of $40 will apply.

Special Diets

Ie one vegan/ one keto etc.
We are happy to accommodate special diets below our minimum amounts.

Office Hours

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. Our office is closed weekends.  Urgent matters please call Adele on 021 863 677.  All else please liaise via email only.  To pay invoices via phone, please call Julie on 0274 889 513 Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Catering Hours

Available Mondays to Saturdays collections 7.00am – 5.00pm 
Standard charge delivery hours are 8.00am - 5.30pm, if you are needing something outside of this time - please ask. 
Early collections pre 6.30am (and including) is a rate of $25, on your catering order. Our cake menu is available 7 days, please see our cake page for more info.

Collections & Deliveries

You can collect or return platters from our cafe 129 West End Road free of charge.
We use couriers for all deliveries.  Our standard courier charge Monday to Friday is $23 upwards, (return jobs is $15) depending on your location & number of items to transport. Weekend deliveries start at $35.
