Adele worked as a chef overseas for 7 years, with only one goal when moving home was to open a lovely local neighbourhood cafe. 
Catroux opened in 2011, with a complete new fitout from a dark and gloomy bar to a white vibrant space.
Catroux began catering a year or two later, our first (and still a regular client) Les Mills International. This was the start and word spread fast... Now catroux is a cafe as well as a busy caterer.
After years of 7-day weeks, stretched to keep up, the time approached for Adele to step away from juggling working in the kitchen running the catering orders in the office.
 No stranger to Catroux - A long term chef of our kitchen. Melissa joined as a partner in 2018. 
Together the relationship works like chalk and cheese, allowing Catroux to be as busy as it is.
