Adele worked as a chef overseas for many years. She had one goal when moving home; to open a lovely local neighbourhood cafe.

Catroux opened in 2011, completely fitting out a dark and gloomy bar to a white vibrant space.

Catroux began catering a few years later. Their first client was Les Mills International, who are still a regular client today.

This was just the start and word spread fast. Now Catroux is a Cafe as well as a busy caterer.
No stranger to Catroux, a long term chef of our kitchen, Melissa, joined as a partner in 2018.

Together the relationship works like a charm, allowing Catroux to be as busy as it is.
