DESSERT 3 - Banoffee tart, biscuit base, mascarpone cream


All unassembled, with a few easy steps to put together. A little goes a long way with a banoffee!  Keep chilled and ideally prepare a max of 1 hour ahead of time. 

20cm tart - feeds 8 - 10 (if you cut each 1/4 into 3s or 4s. Its best to remove chocolate, cut into pieces with a hot sharp knife. then break up chocolate to add a chunk to each. 

2x Individual tarts or 4 individual tarts
