BRUNCH! Slow cooked 6 hour beef quesadilla, organic black beans, manchego, sriracha sourcream, guacamole

Cooked ready to eat hot. 

OR DIY at home - 

Cook fresh at home, we have done all the work. 
SImply follow these instructions
- Heat the quesadilla (it will be sealed ready to go) in a preheated oven for 8 minutes at 180C in a pan. 
- Then cut into 3s once ready to plate with a sharp knife! 
- Remove the lid from black beans & microwave for 1 minute.
- Serve with guacamole & sour cream
