Eye fillet (1.5kg cooked weight) of perfectly cooked “Neat Meat” medium rare, braised beef red wine jus, roasted baby onions & horseradish sour cream. 

Best served at room temperature, you then will heat the onions, and oh so tasty jus & pour over your meat. This will create a warmness to this dish! (and you dont need to stress about how to cook a fillet of beef!)
