DESSERT 5 - Lemon, coconut & passionfruit cake


Our signature cake at Catroux. Yet made extra festive with juicy raspberries and filled with sweet tangy passionfruit curd.  The top is un-iced with the mascarpone in a piping bag and garnishes on the side for you to put together fresh on Christmas Day. This will only take you a few minutes and can be made and left in the fridge.
