When can I expect my delivery?

Deliveries are 9 am -12 noon. If you do not receive your order by 12 noon please email us at info@catroux.co.nz

Why are products sold out?

To ensure we can fulfill all orders, we need to limit the quantities available as to manage our levels. Sold out items will be refreshed once available throughout the day if we can make more OR at 2 pm daily for the next day.

How do I order a coffee?

Order online with a specific time. Collection only.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Yes, as our food is fresh we would advise you to be home to put any fresh items in the fridge.
