Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm. If you haven’t received your order by your selected time, please email us at info@catroux.co.nz.

If you need a delivery outside these hours we can arrange one. Courier costs depend on your order time, size and location.

Yes. Our food is fresh, so we recommend someone is home to receive it and store any chilled items in the fridge straight away.

All catering collections are from our catering kitchen at 180 Garnet Road, Westmere. Head down the driveway on the left and you’ll find us in the building at the back.

To ensure we can fulfil all orders, we limit quantities based on what we can prepare each day. If more becomes available, we’ll update stock throughout the day or at 2 pm for the next day.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to prepare your order. For large events, weddings, or custom cakes, we recommend booking as early as possible.

Yes. Many of our dishes are vegetarian, gluten-free, or can be adapted to suit dietary requirements. Please let us know when ordering.

Yes. We can accommodate vegan, dairy-free, and other dietary requests wherever possible. Some menu items may require substitutions.
